What this is

A searchable copy of the firm lists published in FDA import alerts, taken on 30 August 2026. It is an information service. It is not legal advice, not customs advice, not a regulatory clearance and not a substitute for the FDA site.

What it is not

Import Alert Watch is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other authority. FDA names and alert numbers are used to identify public documents.

Limits of the data

The copy can be out of date, incomplete or wrong: FDA updates the register continuously, firm names are spelled inconsistently at the source, and parsing a published page can misread it. A result saying a firm is not listed means only that the text you typed was not found in this copy on the date shown.

Before you act on a shipment, an order or a contract, confirm the entry on the FDA site. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of what is shown here, to the extent the law permits.

Using the site

The lookup is free and offered as it stands, with no promise of availability. Automated bulk querying is not permitted; it degrades the service for everyone and there is a planned interface for that use.

Governing law

Estonian law applies. Disputes are heard by Harju Maakohus, unless mandatory consumer rules give you a different forum.
